Livestock

Aquarium livestock require different conditions in which to thrive and we can help you choose the most suitable
for your tank based on appearance and character. All of our livestock is quarantined on site and is
guaranteed healthy and feeding.

All fish are rested and quarantined in our 20 tanks before sale.

Fish tank Fish tropical

Coldwater
Goldfish, fancy goldfish and koi carp. Strong, active fish that can require slightly less complex
aquariums than tropical fish, although slightly limited (compared to tropical fish) by a lack of
colours and variety.

fish with live or silk plants at low costs. Species vary from the ever popular Neon Tetra and

Rift Lake Cichlids
Originating from African Lakes, mainly Victoria, Malawi and Tanganyika, these tropical freshwater fish
require different conditions to both tropical freshwater and marine fish. These boisterous, active fish come
close to some colours shown in marine fish, without the expense and difficulty. A deservedly popular
choice with our customers.

Tropical Marine Fish and Invertebrates
Regarded as the most impressive of all types of life that is kept in aquaria. Two main categories –
Fish Only, where the  livestock comprises of a community of fish or
Reef where the tank represents a slice of the coral reef complete with living coral, anemones,
shrimps, fish…….the list is endless. Because of their beauty and their reputations for being
expensive and difficult to keep, a marine aquarium makes a real statement of success
and status.
